Equipment & approach

Why the gear matters for sports

01

High-speed mirrorless bodies

Canon R3-class bodies, with high-speed burst and eye/body-tracking autofocus — necessary to not miss the exact instant of contact, landing, or a spike.

02

400mm–600mm super-telephoto lenses

The real reach that lets us shoot from the sideline, the stands, or outside the field of play without interfering with athletes, officials, or the event itself — essential on a track, court, or in a stadium.

03

Aerial drone coverage

For venue establishing shots, team formations, or outdoor disciplines like track cycling or equestrian, when the venue and site rules allow it.

Frequently asked questions

Before you request a quote

How much does sports event coverage cost?

It depends on the sport, the duration, whether it is a single game or a multi-day tournament, and whether you need award-ceremony coverage in addition to the action. Every project is quoted separately based on real scope.

Do you cover any sports discipline?

Yes. We have experience covering a wide range of disciplines — from team sports on a court or field to track and field, water sports, track cycling, and combat sports, indoors and outdoors, day and night.

Do you only deliver action shots, or also portraits and ceremonies?

Both, depending on what you need: action photography during the competition, individual athlete or team portraits, and podium/award-ceremony coverage.

How are the photos delivered?

Through a private online gallery, in high resolution. Delivery time is agreed based on the size of the event — for large or multi-day coverage, we can deliver previews during the event itself.

Do you need accreditation or special permits to cover the event?

It depends on the venue and event organizer. If the venue requires press/photographer accreditation, we coordinate that with you in advance.

What equipment do you use for sports photography?

High-speed mirrorless bodies (Canon R3-class) with tracking autofocus, and 400mm to 600mm super-telephoto lenses — the reach needed to shoot real action from the sideline or the stands without interfering with play. For aerial venue shots or outdoor disciplines, we use drone when the site allows it.
